Chinese Sausage Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 pcs chinese sausage, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped finely
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen carrots and peas
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 34 cups rice
  • 1 tsp magic sarap/ Patis

for serving

  • fried luncheon meat
  • crispy dried fish

Instructions

  1. Fry sliced chinese sausage until brown. Set aside
  2. In a wok, heat oil and sauté minced garlic until brown.
  3. Add chinese sausage, green peas, and carrots.
  4. Add rice and scrambled egg. Mix well.
  5. Stir-fry/ Heat through. Add green onions and soy sauce if desired.
  6. Serve hot.
