Chinese Sausage Fried Rice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 pcs chinese sausage, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped finely
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen carrots and peas
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3–4 cups rice
- 1 tsp magic sarap/ Patis
for serving

- crispy dried fish
- Fry sliced chinese sausage until brown. Set aside
- In a wok, heat oil and sauté minced garlic until brown.
- Add chinese sausage, green peas, and carrots.
- Add rice and scrambled egg. Mix well.
- Stir-fry/ Heat through. Add green onions and soy sauce if desired.
- Serve hot.
