Tortang Hotdog (Hotdog Omelette)

  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pc onion
  • 3 pcs hotdog
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
  • 4 pcs egg


  1. Sauté garlic and onion in margarine using a non-stick pan.
  2. Add hotdog and water. Cook until water has evaporated. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pour eggs.
  3. Gently stir and cook over medium heat until barely set. Cover with a plate, flip and slide back to the pan to cook the other side for another minute. Remove from the pan and rest for 5 minutes and cut into serving pieces. Transfer on a plate and serve.
