Ginisang Repolyo with Tokwa (Cabbage with Tofu)


  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 cup tokwa, cut into cubes
  • 3 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 large cabbage, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • patis and pepper to taste


  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the tokwa until brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  3. Add the cabbage and sauté for about 10 seconds.
  4.  Add water, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
  5. Add the fried tokwa and mix well. 
  6. Adjust seasoning. Add patis and pepper if needed.
  7. Turn off heat and enjoy!
