Instant Pot Seafood Boil
	
	
	
		
		
			
- 1.5kg shrimp
 
- 500g mussels
 
- 3 hungarian sausage
 
- 500g potatoes
 
- 3 corn, cut into pieces
 
- 2 –3 tbsp cajun seasoning
 
- 2 tsp salt
 
- 2 cups water
 
- bottled cajun sauce
 
Garlic Butter Sauce
- 1 cup butter
 
- 1 head garlic, minced
 
		 
	 
	
		
		
			
- Pour the water in the Instant pot. Add cajun seasoning and salt. Mix well.
 
- Add the potatoes, corn sausages, shrimp, and mussels.
 
- Pressure cook for 2 minutes and wait.
 
- Open the vent to let the pressure out.
 
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt the butter in a sace pan. Add the garlic and cook until garlic iss tender and fragrant.
 
- Scoop the Seafood Boil on a plate and serve with garlic butter sauce and cajun sauce.
