It was one of those nights when I was craving something healthy and light to eat. I didn’t feel like going out and I didn’t want to spend a lot on premium salads either—kasi, you know… budget!
That’s when I stumbled upon Great Greens on GrabFood. And wow, what a find! Their menu had everything I was looking for: healthy, filling, and not too heavy on the wallet.
Our First Order from Great Greens
For our first try, we ordered:
- 🥙 Falafel Wrap (₱179) – crispy falafel, garlic aioli, cabbage, tomatoes, and onions all snugly wrapped in a 10-inch pita bread. Crispy, flavorful, and super filling!
- 🥗 Chicken Shawarma Salad (₱319) – fresh romaine, red cabbage, red onion, tomatoes, corn, and tender chicken shawarma with creamy garlic dressing.
- 🫓 Hummus with Pita (₱209) – smooth, earthy hummus paired with warm pita bread.
Everything was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. Best of all, hindi siya mabigat sa bulsa. Each dish felt like value for money, kaya naman sulit!
Our Second Time (Because One Order Wasn’t Enough!)
Since we loved our first experience, it didn’t take long before we ordered again. This time, we explored more of their menu:
- 🥬 Chicken Caesar Salad (₱269) – Daddydoodledoo’s pick because I told him he needed more greens. The serving was a bit small compared to the price, pero pwede na rin for a light meal.
- 🥗 Chicken Adlai Power Bowl (₱349) – Ykaie’s choice! It’s a high-protein, high-fiber bowl loaded with grilled chicken, feta cheese, and tangy balsamic dressing. Definitely guilt-free comfort food.
- 🥙 Falafel Wrap (₱179) – Twinkle couldn’t resist ordering her favorite again. It’s crispy, tasty, and she just loves how satisfying it is.
- 🥙 Blue Cheese Chicken Wrap (₱319) – My personal pick this time! Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, white onion, crispy chicken, and a creamy blue cheese dip all wrapped in a 10-inch pita bread. Since I’m a big blue cheese fan, this was heaven in a wrap!
Will We Order Again? Definitely!
I’m sure the prices are a bit cheaper if you order in-store, so I’d love to actually visit their shop one of these days. I also want to try more of their Power Bowls, because healthy food doesn’t have to be boring — and Great Greens proves exactly that.
So if you’re looking for something light, healthy, tasty, and budget-friendly, this is definitely worth a try!
