Tired from work but still want to serve something delicious for dinner? These easy one-pan meals are perfect for busy weeknights, less hugasin, more time to relax with your family!

Garlic Butter Shrimp with Ketchup

There are days when life feels like a marathon — work deadlines, homework, chores, errands — and before you know it, it’s 7 PM and everyone’s asking, “Ano’ng ulam?” 😅

That’s when one-pan meals come to the rescue. They’re flavorful, filling, and best of all, you only need one pan to make them! No fancy ingredients, no complicated steps — just good, comforting food that makes dinnertime feel easy again.

Here are some of my go-to one-pan dishes that never fail me:

One-Pan Creamy Garlic Chicken

This dish is like a warm hug after a long day! I start by pan-frying chicken fillets until golden, then add butter, garlic, and a bit of cream. Let it simmer until it turns into that rich, garlicky sauce that coats every bite.
Serve it with rice or mashed potatoes — guaranteed ubos lagi sa table!

Adobo Fried Rice

If you have leftover adobo (which rarely happens in my house), this is the best way to give it new life. Just sauté garlic, toss in the adobo, shred the meat a bit, add rice, and mix until everything’s coated with that savory adobo goodness.
Top it with a fried egg, and you’ve got yourself a meal na pang-ulam at pang-breakfast na rin!

Garlic Butter Shrimp with Veggies

This one’s a family favorite! I cook the shrimp with butter, lots of garlic, and a bit of lemon juice — then toss in broccoli and bell peppers. It’s quick, flavorful, and full of color. Plus, it smells so good, you’ll have everyone running to the dining table.

Sausage and Veggie Pasta

On nights when I want something different from rice, I make this easy pasta dish. I sauté sliced sausages, garlic, and onions, then add whatever veggies are in the fridge — usually bell peppers and spinach. Toss in the pasta and a bit of olive oil or tomato sauce.
It’s hearty, comforting, and done in under 30 minutes!

Wrapping It Up

Weeknight dinners don’t have to be complicated — sometimes, the best meals are the simplest ones made with love (and just one pan!). Whether it’s creamy chicken, shrimp, or pasta, these dishes remind me that delicious food doesn’t always need hours in the kitchen.

So next time you’re tempted to order out, try one of these one-pan wonders — your wallet and your family will thank you!
