2nd Christmas at home! Gusto kong maging extra special ang celebration namin ngayong taon kaya nung weekend, pinagawa ko sila ng Christmas Wishlist nila. Si Ykaie gusto na raw nya mawala na ang Covid. Si Twinkle naman gusto na makapag-swimming, maka-punta sa playground, at ng cotton candy.. hihihi. 🥰 Ang cute ng mga wish nila. Pero na-touch ako na pareho nilang gusto na sama-sama lang kami ngayong Pasko.

Although hindi lahat ng nasa wishlist nila mamamagic ko, kayang-kaya kong lutuin ang mga paborito nilang handa like Fried Chicken, Beef Broccoli, Spaghetti, at may bago silang request! Kare-Kareng Bagnet daw! Kayang-kaya ko yan naku, tried and tested na ang aking MAGIC sa kusina.

Sigurado akong mararamdaman nila kung gaano ka-espesyal ang Pasko kapag natikman nila ang handa namin. Nasa kamay ko lang talaga ang #MAGICNgPasko! Ikaw mars, paano mo ipaparamdam sa kids mo ang magic ng Pasko?

Kaya naman kung dati masarap ako magluto, ngayon Shume-chef na sa sarap dahil may bago akong bff sa kitchen. Na-try nyo na ba tong NEW Nestle Carnation Evap? Sinubukan ko sa Cathedral Windows na paborito ng lahat. Ay naku, angat sa milky-namnam ang dessert! Sulit na sulit pa ‘to sa 19 pesos per pack, easy to open and resealable na pwede pang gamitin sa other dishes.

Mars, perfect to panghanda sa Noche Buena o kaya sa Pasko! Easy to make at pasok pa sa budget. Flex mo na ang bago mong shume-chef na dessert! O pwede rin sa shume-chef na ulam! Cathedral Windows Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
Red gulaman: (you can use strawberry flavored gulaman)
1 tsp red gulaman powder
1 cup water
3 tbsp sugar
Green gulaman:
1 tsp green gulaman powder
1 cup water
3 tbsp sugar
Yellow gulaman: (you can use mango flavored gulaman)
1 tsp yellow gulaman powder
1 cup water
3 tbsp sugar

MILK MIXTURE:
1 tbsp unflavored gulaman powder
1 cup water
1 pack 250ml NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap
2/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
1 tsp vanilla extract

PROCEDURE:
1. Dissolve red gulaman powder in water with sugar in a saucepan. Gently simmer. Pour into a container. Repeat with green and yellow gulaman. Set aside to cool completely.
2. Cut gulaman into dice and set aside.
3. To prepare milk mixture, combine gulaman powder, water, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada and vanilla extract. Gently simmer. Pour half of the mixture into the cathedral mold. Scatter diced red, green and yellow gulaman. Pour the rest of the milk mixture. Set aside to cool.
4. Refrigerate overnight to set.
5. Dip cathedral windows mold in warm water for 10 seconds. Unmold into a plate and serve.
