Hana -The Best Takoyaki Balls

Before embarking on the 7 Day Diet, We went on a Japanese-y expedition to Little Tokyo.Part of the expedition is Sis’s current Bento craze and Furikake search.I’ve been hearing a lot about Hana’s takoyaki balls. They say that it serves the best. I love Takoyaki Balls and I just had to try some.

“Takoyaki Balls are very popular Japanese dumplings made of batter and diced  baby octopus. It is usually served with a special sauce, fish shavings and mayonnaise.”

Takoyaki Balls [P120/$2.60] for 6 pieces
Hana’s Takoyaki  Balls are delicious. They are very tasty, crisp on the outside and with just the right kind of chewiness and softness inside. I can only eat two of these and I love them, only I still love Samurai’s Takoyaki Balls more. After all, it’s way cheaper and the one in SM North Edsa which is the nearest to me, makes über tasty ones than the other branches.
Just a look at inside Hana and how the popular Takoyaki Balls is cooked….
