Pako Salad

This is the first time I’ve tried Pako Salad and we paired it with fried fish. I would say it’s not that bad. Pakois a type of a wild fern.

From eating it. Iwould say the ingredients are:

Pako Shoots,blanched
Onions, sliced
Tomatoes, sliced
Salted Red Egg

Just mix ’em all up and add a dressing of vinegar,salt and pepper! Voila! you have Pako Salad!
