The weather’s been a little topsy-turvy since yesterday. It’s all hot and humid from morning until mid-afternoon then it’s hard rain from late afternoon. And it lasts aaaaall night.Well, I’m not complaining. I like rain. Rain means it gets cold out here and it’s nice to hop in bed at night and drift to dreamland. Last night, was a busy night, still, at the internet cafĂ©. I was wanting something soup-y because it was cold but then again I am going to eat alone.
So, I settled for this…..
….the ever-famous instant noodles. Beef Flavor. Just boil noodles for 2 minutes.Add flavoring and its done!
I add 2-3 drops of Sesame oil to heighten the flavor. It’s nice to eat something like this once in a while…because once in a while you just don’t feel like cooking specially if you’re eating alone.
The soup is a nice company to the sound of raindrops…
