Sometimes you just cook something that taste awesome but looks horrible……really horrible. I think this is one of them. LOL! I prepared this for my mom’s Surprise Birthday Party yesterday. She’s turning 70 tomorrow and we had an advance birthday party for her.
I was so out of it– my helper at the café wanted a day off and I really needed her because we have an ocassion. I ended up giving her a day off and me walking back and forth from the party and the café.
500g Fusili, cooked according to package directions
1-2 pieces cucumber, seeded cut into little pieces
2 stalks of celery, chopped
Kani Sticks, cut into little pieces
salt,pepper and sugar to taste
♥ I forgot the carrots..heehee
- Combine Pasta, cucumber, celery, carrots, mayonnaise and Kani in a large bowl.
- Mix well and season with salt,pepper and sugar to taste.
- Add mangoes last or it will turn into mush.
- Chill before serving
- You can substitute shrimps for the Kani.
