Nieces and nephews will be coming over later this afternoon. They will be swimming in the inflatable pool and I will be making some dimsum [siomai] for them. Sis and I bought this chili oil which is perfect for dipping freshly steamed dimsum.
Sis will be making some garlic oil for dipping as well…
I know there will be some ice cream in store for the kids too! Sis bought lots of toppings yesterday. I’ll share the pix tomorrow…
