Things I want for my Kitchen

As a person who loves to eat, cook and experiment in the kitchen I want to own lots of kitchen gadgets and appliances which I think will be really useful to me in making a variety of dishes to serve family, friends and guests.

The first thing I’d like to own is a Kitchen Aid mixer…in red. I’m just starting to bake and is just borrowing my mom’s mixer whenever I try to make some baked goodies. Of course, I would like to have my own mixer in the near future.

The second thing that I’d like is the Creme Brulee Torch, it’s something fancy and can also be used in other dishes.

Third thing would be the all metal whipped cream dispenser which uses little nitrous oxide cartridges as chargers. I use whipped cream all the time specially when making ice blended beverages.

Last but not the least, I want a soda siphon which uses little carbon dioxide cylinders as chargers. This way, I can always make soda at home using different fruit juices or natural fruit concentrates. It’s a much healthier alternative than store-bought sodas.

These are some of the reason why I’m trying to save money… {wink}
