Creamy Dill Sauce

It’s not easy keeping a secret….specially from you. I’m sure you already know what my favorite pork part is . Yes, it’s the belly. That’s no secret anymore. You also know how much I love barbecues and since I’m indulging a little before the month ends, I want my barbecue smothered with super duper yummy sauce.

Do you know how easy making a super duper yummy sauce is? Extremely easy. You just have to have ’em stocked up in the fridge. Of course, you wouldn’t want to eat this alone.

That would be sad. And boring.

Plus you’ll never get to show off how good you are in making this super duper yummy sauce. You could probably invite your neighbor or your friends to come over and have lunch with you. They would probably guess how easy it is to make this sauce but they won’t tell you. They’ll love you for sharing such a lunch.

1 cup sour cream
1½ tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced
salt to taste

Combine everything and mix well. Chill before serving. This sauce is really good when served cold.

4pcs pork belly slices
½ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
juice of 2 calamondins

marinate the pork belly slices in soy sauce, calamondin juice and sugar overnight. Pan-grill for 10-20 minutes in medium heat or until done.
dip in creamy dill sauce or smother it. your call.
