- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 8 cloves garlic, roasted
- 10 jalapeño slices, roasted
- juice and zest of half a lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- To Roast Garlic & Jalapeño: Put in a baking pan and put a few drops of oil. Roast in the oven until soft.
- Put everything in a bowl and mash with a fork.
- Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.
