Christmas Season is the most awaited time of the year at Starbucks. Why? Well, during this time of the year they offer their Christmas Coffee, Christmas beverage and special Christmas food items but before I get started on those let me tell you about the most awaited item of all — The Starbucks Philippines Planner.
Now on it’s 9th year, this year’s planner has a Starbucks Shared Planet Theme. It reflects Starbucks commitment to doing business in ways that are good to each other and the planet.
Aside from the covers being made from engineered wood {or man-made wood}, it’s also the first time that the planner is available in five unique covers namely: Poplar, Bamboo, Cherry, Spruce and Oak.

Each planner comes with a cute bookmark, nine different coupons which they can redeem at all Starbucks stores all throughout the year and a pouch made of burlap with two small pockets inside and a Starbucks button.
Everyone can start collecting stickers starting November 3, 2011 up to January 8, 2012.
As usual, one sticker is awarded for each Starbucks beverage purchase but the good news is that there are now two options in collecting stickers to redeem a planner.
Option 1: Nine {9} Christmas beverage plus eight {8} core beverages except bottled drinks = 17 stickers
Option2: 23 core beverages except bottled drinks = 23 stickers
My first and last planner was the first Starbucks planner of 2004 and I had it in Red. It was bulky but I still have it. I love this year’s design because it’s compact and it comes with a pouch.

I’ve only had one starbucks planner and I don’t remember what year I got it. I haven’t tried getting it for the succeeding years because the space for each date is too small for me. I can’t fit everything I have to do for the day in just half or a third of the page. This planner looks very nice though, I like the cherry too. Plus the fact that it has a pouch. Maybe I’ll try getting this year’s planner. Tummy, better make way for a lot of frappuccinos. 🙂

I decided to skip collecting Starbucks planners for the past few years. I find it too bulky but just for this, I wanted to collect it again. I looks so good.
