Grilled Pork Chops

Before we talk about Grilled Pork Chops, let’s talk about coffee. I can see a lot of you love coffee too! — Thank you so much for joining my Owl Coffee Giveaway! For those who hasn’t joined yet, well, you still have four days. Hop on to the post below and join. It’s very easy and I promise it won’t take too much of your time.

What I’m sharing with you today is this super easy Barbecued Pork Chops which we had last weekend. Pork chops is one of the few pork parts that my peanutbutter adores and he gets a craving for it from time to time. So pork chops is a must-have for us on a weekly basis. I know I have to come up with different pork chop recipes to keep it exciting from now on.

Alin? Alin? Alin ang naiba? Isipin kung alin ang naiba…

Meanwhile, I’m a pork belly type of person. Notice that single slice of pork belly on the grill? heehee…. That’s actually mine but I ended up eating and appreciating grilled pork chops once again.

I am still adjusting on Ykaie’s schedule and peanutbutter being home. A list of our weekly menu and weekly assignment of chores is called for.

AAARRGGHHH!!!

I don’t like to think that I’m stressed out even if I woke up the other day with super dry, wrinkled face (yeah, thankful you didn’t see me in person) — the area around my eyes, my chin and my upper lip being the dryest. I know my face looked like a Prune.

So, FRIDAY means a lot to me now. I appreciate that I can wake up late the next day. Last night, I put on  double layers of moisturizers and slept like a baby. I still woke up pretty early this morning, though but I’m glad it wasn’t at 4:30am. At least, my face weren’t as dry as yesterday.

My grocery list for tomorrow includes: Cucumber — a few slices will go to several Hot Tuna Cheese Sandwiches and the rest will go to pampering my eyes.

Thanks for adding me up on facebook. I usually just use Soy Sauce, Black Pepper and some garlic on my Grilled/Pan Fried Pork Chops recipe. We seem to differ on the calamansi and sugar, but I’ll try yours out the next time I cook pork chops! 🙂
