- 3 ripe mangoes, frozen
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup ice cubes
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup cubed mango
- 1 cup small tapioca/sago (more if you prefer)
- Put everything in a blender, except cubed mango and tapioca and blend until smooth.
- Mix Mango smoothie with the sago.
- Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with more sago and cubed mangoes before serving.
