Sausage and Malunggay Frittata + King Sue Giveaway

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • small white onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Malunggay leaves
  • 1 piece King Sue Hungarian Sausage, cubed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter


  1. Whisk together eggs and milk in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat butter in a small iron skillet, add onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add cubed King Sue Hungarian Sausage and cooked for 2 minutes until a little brown.
  4. Add Malunggay leaves, and make sure it has an even distribution in the pan.
  5. Pour on egg mixture and make sure it evenly coats everything.
  6. Wait until base starts to form, then remove from stovetop and place into oven under grill. Grill until golden brown or until cooked.
  7. Serve with toasted bread on the side.
