Chicken Salpicao

  • 500g chicken thigh fillets, cut into bite size pieces
  • 3 tbsp liquid seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 6 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
  • chopped parsley for garnish


  1. Marinate chicken in 3 tbsp liquid seasoning and 3 cloves minced garlic for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped 6 cloves garlic until brown, remove and transfer to a small plate..set aside for later.
  3. Add the marinated chicken (with the marinade) to the pan and saute until cooked halfway through.
  4. Add worcestershire sauce and continue to saute until done cooking.
  5. Turn off heat and add butter. Mix thoroughly until butter is melted.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with fried garlic and chopped parsley before serving.
