Cheesy Baked Scallops

  • 1 kg scallops, washed and cleaned
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup salted butter, room temperature
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Make your butter-cheese mixture: In a large bowl, combine the garlic, butter, mayo, cheese, parsley and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Put a spoonful on each scallop and bake at 400ºF for 15 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
