Mussels Pesto Spaghetti

  • 250g spaghetti cooked according to package direction
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cup steamed mussels
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • grated parmesan cheese


  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the mussels and sauté for about a minute.
  4. Add the pesto sauce and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti and mix well.
  6. Season with salt and add about 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Mix well. Turn off heat.
  8. Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with more grated parmesan cheese before serving.
