Ykaie saw Texas Roadhouse’s famous rolls on Tiktok and said she wanted to try it that’s why one weekend of February found us having lunch at Texas Roadhouse in Robinsons Magnolia.
While waiting for our meals to be served, they served us boiled peanuts and a tray of these famous rolls and the cinnamon honey butter it comes with. These rolls are warm, soft, and flavorful — kaya naman naubos agad at hindi ko na naabutan….LOL!
For the drinks, we ordered Refillable Iced Tea (₱150) and Ykaie had Fresh Lemonade (₱180)
For appetizer, we ordered the Potato Skins (₱495). These are crispy potato skins topped with cheddar cheese and bacon and served with sour cream. It was really good!
And if you know me, you know I won’t be able to resist if there’s chips on the menu, so we also ordered the Texas Cowboy Dip (₱395) , their made-from-scratch chili recipe, topped with cheddar cheese and
diced red onions and served with nachos.
But the Bleu Steak Salad (₱795| To share) was my favorite among our orders. Alam nyo naman si Mommy Peach, mahilig sa salad, diba? This salad is composed of salad greens tossed with bleu cheese dressing drizzled with italian dressing, topped with tender sirloin steak, bleu cheese crumbles, red onions, tomato, and deep fried onion petals. Sarap ng combination ng ingredients and the dressing was to die for! Gagayahin ko to. Wag kayong maingay kay Texas Roadhouse ha.. hihihi
For our main course, we ordered the Sirloin Steak (6oz ₱995) with a side dish of Loaded Baked Potato and Steak Fries. And we also had the St. Louis Rib Platter (₱1,495, good for 2) This is served with a bowl of garlic rice, and a bowl of coleslaw pero hindi ko na na-picture-an.
We forgot that the serving of food here is quite big so sa appetizer pa lang talaga busog ka na. Na-carried away lang kami sa pag-order kasi we went here really hungry. Ang ending — take-out na lang yung iba.
Looks so good… Hope it’s good to eat too!!
