Chicken Stroganoff
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- ½ kg chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 tbsp liquid seasoning
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 chicken cube
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup sliced button mushrooms
- 2 cups sour cream
- Salt & pepper
- 400g spaghetti, cooked al dente
- grated parmesan cheese
- Heat butter and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
- Stir-in chicken thighs.
- Add liquid seasoning, worcestershire sauce and chicken cube. Cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender, adding water if necessary.
- Add the mushrooms.
- Pour the sour cream and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Pour over pasta or rice to serve.
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese before serving.
