As a busy mom, mornings are my “me-time” (well, for the first 10 minutes before chaos hits). And these breakfast dessert ideas make those quiet minutes feel special — without the guilt!
🍌 1. Banana Oatmeal Cookies
These are my “on-the-go” mornings lifesavers. Mashed bananas, oats, and a few chocolate chips baked together — chewy, sweet, and perfect with coffee.
🍓 2. Yogurt Graham Parfait
Layers of crushed graham, vanilla yogurt, and fruits (strawberries, mangoes, or bananas). It looks fancy but only takes 5 minutes. Twinkle loves making this with me!
🍯 3. Overnight Oats
Mix rolled oats, milk, honey, and chia seeds in a jar — refrigerate overnight. Add toppings like peanut butter or apple slices in the morning. So easy and so filling!

I use the same pancake batter but bake them in a mini muffin pan. Perfect for kids — dip them in maple syrup or melted chocolate.

No-bake treat alert! Mix crushed grahams with condensed milk, shape into balls, and roll in cocoa powder. Sweet enough for dessert, light enough for breakfast.
