Is the Unicity Feel Great System (FGS) Worth Trying?

I’ve heard about the Unicity Feel Great System (FGS) — or maybe I should say, Unicity Feel Great System (FGS) is all the rage these days! Everywhere I look, people are talking about it. Friends, fellow moms, and even some health groups online are buzzing about how it can help with weight management, energy, and overall wellness. Naturally, my curious-mommy self had to do a little research and even map out how this could actually fit into a realistic lifestyle.

What Exactly is the Unicity Feel Great System (FGS)?

FGS is basically a two-product program designed to help with:

  • Blood sugar management
  • Hunger control
  • Better energy throughout the day

The two key products are:

  1. Unimate – a yerba mate drink that’s meant to support focus, energy, and mood.
  2. Balance – a fiber-based drink that helps slow down sugar absorption and keeps you feeling full longer.

How It Works

The idea is that when combined with the right eating schedule (like intermittent fasting), these two drinks can help you manage cravings, lose weight, and feel more energetic.

  • Morning (around 7–9 am): Start your day with Unimate to kick off energy and suppress hunger.
  • Midday and Evening: Take Balance before your largest meals to slow carbohydrate absorption and enhance satiety.
  • Fasting Phase: Typically from ~8 pm until ~12 pm the next day, completing a 16-hour fast.

Should You Take It to Lose Weight?

I’ll be honest — no supplement works like magic without some lifestyle changes. What makes FGS popular is that it’s paired with an eating window or intermittent fasting. The system encourages you to time your meals earlier in the day and then let your body rest from eating in the evening.

In short: it’s not just about the drink, but also about how you structure your meals.

My Take

The Unicity Feel Great System is definitely not a quick fix, but it can be a helpful tool when combined with mindful eating and an earlier eating window. What I love is how it encourages better habits — eating more during the day, choosing healthier meals, and giving our bodies a chance to rest from constant snacking.

Would I recommend it? If you’re curious and ready to try intermittent fasting with structure, then yes — it might be worth a try. But always listen to your body, and of course, consult your doctor if you have existing health conditions.

For me, I see it less as a “diet system” and more as a lifestyle tweak — one that helps us busy moms feel lighter, more energetic, and yes, a little bit healthier every day.

Should I give it a try? What do you think?
