Starbucks Christmas Food and Beverage 2011

I think you definitely have the right to know about what special food items and beverages Starbucks offer this holiday season. Let me start off with the beverages…

I’m sure you’re all familiar with Toffee Nut and Peppermint Mocha which you can get hot, iced or as a Frappuccino. This year, they are introducing a new beverage which is  Cranberry White Chocolate Mocha. You can also get it hot, iced or as a Frappuccino. It has a white chocolate mocha base  but is drizzled with a tart cranberry drizzle and sprinkled with cranberry sugar.

You will definitely have a new drink to fall in love with during this holiday season…

  Pecan Butterscotch Twirl {P85}

Light, flaky and a little chewy, this spiral roll is stuffed with cinnamon and vanilla cream and drizzled with butterscotch and white chocolate sauce.

I love the Sundried Tomato and Basil Roll {P50}. It is served with butter and jam, a perfect pair with coffee and perfect breakfast item too. It is soft and very flavorful.

The Chocolate Toffee Nut Loaf {P55 slice/P495 whole} is my favorite among all the Christmas pastries this year. It’s rich, moist, fudgy and topped with chewy, crunchy toffee.

Texas Chicken BBQ Wrap {P140}

Sweet, spicy and smoky strips of chicken  fried and tossed in barbecue sauce, wrapped in a tortilla with grated cheese and sour cream. This is very satisfying and very filling.

Turkey and Chicken with Apple Stuffing on Whole Wheat Walnut Bread {P140}

Apple stuffing and cranberry spread together with slices of moist chicken and turkey ~ the elements of the holiday season in a sandwich!

Glazed Ham with Apricot Spread on Multi-grain Bread {P140}

This is my favorite among the sandwiches, a taste of the traditional Filipino spread of Christmas Ham with a twist.

S’mores {P70}

Starbucks version of the classic campfire treat of graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows. They turned it into a tart.

Chicken Alfredo Turnover {P90}

Chicken Alfredo stuffed inside a light, buttery and flaky crust instead of over pasta. Interesting, right?….. and very delicious.

Hazelnut Stollen Bread {P65 slice/P595 whole}

This is a popular German festival bread swirled with toasted hazelnut paste and raisins.

Warm Chocolate Cookie Cake {P110 slice/ P950 whole}

Imagine chocolate chip cookies made into a cake and served with a dollop of whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Sounds like a fantasy, huh? Well, it tastes like one.

White Chocolate Cranberry Cookie {P55}

This is the perfect combination! I actually have a recipe for this…and I make this all of the time.

Triple Decker Cheesecake with Snickers {P130}

Three layers~ cheesecake, peanutbutter cheesecake,chocolate fudge icing and loaded with snickers chocolate. Need I say more?

Molten Chocolate Cake {P120}

Moist chocolate cake filled with dark chocolate and caramel truffle. This is served with whipped cream and caramel drizzle, decadent and made for sharing.

And of course, Christmas won’t be complete without the traditional Gingerbread Cookie {P55} in the shape of a snowman this year.

Oh my gosh, writing this post has triggered my craving for the Chocolate Toffee Nut Loaf but it won’t be available until November 3, 2011.

I better make that Pumpkin Pie Spiced Scones later….
