Guacamole, Cheesy Beef and Salsa

I am soooo crazy about chips and dips! Who isn’t? yeah, I know…they’re a little on the unhealthy side but I can’t help it.I just gotta dunk!

1 avocado, halved, pitted and removed from peel
½ tomato,diced
1 medium onion, diced
salt and pepper
lemon juice (I used calamansi juice in mine)
garlic powder

Mash the avocado in your desired chunkiness and mix in the rest of the ingredients. What I did was mix them in the food processor.

We have this Guacamole Mix that I’ve been wanting to try for sometime. It says that you can just mix this with mashed avocados and you’ll get a nice Guacamole but I don’t want to take the chance so I still used real onion and tomato.

1 bottle cheese spread
ground beef
a little butter
1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in
1 tbsp water

Sauté ground beef in butter until golden brown then add the cheese and milk. Keep on mixing it until it’s boiling, then add a little of the cornstarch mixture until you reach desired thickness.

Ssshhhhhh…the  SALSA was store bought but it’s my entry for

And doesn’t this bowl look hot hot hot?

Happy Ruby Tuesday!
