Sugar-Free Hard Candies -Dessert /Sweets for SBD

One of the allowed sweets or desserts for Phase 1 of the South Beach Diet are sugar-free hard candies. These are just like regular candies only they’re sugar-free because artificial sweeteners are used to sweeten them.

Since I have a sweet tooth, I won’t last a day without anything sweet.These candies have become my favorite to end a meal. I also like to snack on them. These Starlight Mints and the Fruit Splash are my favorites.
