Since one of my goals again this year is to lose weight and be healthier. I am planning on an exercise regimen. Yup, you read it right. If you don’t believe me, I’m going to repeat it for you, I am planning on an exercise regimen. I may start next week or next month depending on my mood. I’m going to do a daily regimen, if I can. Just exercise to trim off some fat and give some muscles a work-out.
I’m not going to be into bodybuilding. Body building is different because in body building you modify your body to pack on intense muscles. Some people do that but its totally not for me. I’m just gonna let go of the few fats that I love so much since last year.LOL!
I’m also planning to talk sis into it. You know how lazy she can get and how she hates to exercise. I know its not gonna be easy and that it will take some really great effort for me to do it but I’m gonna try my best. I hope sis agrees, it’s better if we do it together.
For the mean time, I’m gonna enjoy my lazy days..LOL!
