Caterers are the Life of the Party

I haven’t gotten over the caterer’s food from the event last week. The food is delicious and I noticed that the service is much more personalized when it is provided by a caterer.

And while I’m deep in thoughts about those things, I’m simultaneously thinking about putting a catering business and having Ykaie’s 7th birthday catered. Kind of weighing the pros and cons. Isn’t that a little weird?

Yes, this is what I do after such a looooooong day….. I think about weird things.

Of course, it’s already a given that the caterer can do all events such as birthday parties, company meetings, weddings and bar mitzvahs. But the first thing why I like caterers is because they can do it in different locations. You can hire them to cater at home, at venues that are for rent — and even at the beach!

They also have a vast menu from which you can choose the dishes that they will serve at your parties — from appetizer to dessert! I know this company that is Catering Austin that even has a breakfast catering menu. They have sandwiches, wraps, omelettes and pancakes. Coffee, Milk and hot cocoa to serve the guests.  Very suitable for company meetings.

And another Catering Company Austin based that doesn’t only let you choose which dishes to serve, they also allow it if, say, you want a particular dish to be served and they don’t have it in their menu. A home-cooked dish you love can be included in the menu and can be turned into something extraordinary for the guests.

I’d say caterers are the life of the party…
