Why Use Argan Oil?

Just a temporary break, let’s talk about something non-food related just for today.

I was planning to get a manicure – pedicure the other day when I noticed something about my nails. They’re not as healthy as they used to be, they’re not brittle yet but I know that’s where it’s going to lead to soon if I don’t do something about it. I suspect that this nail condition is due to repeated washing of the hands and repeated exposure to detergent and dish washing soaps. You know I cook everyday, and when you cook, you often wash your hands, you wash the ingredients, and then wash the dishes, pots and pans afterwards.

I guess it’s about time I start using brittle nails remedy. One of my friends actually suggested the use of Argan Oil. Argan Oil comes from the nutrition-packed seeds of the argan tree and is said to do wonders for the skin,  the hair, and the nails. Just take two drops in the morning and two drops at night time and it could make you look younger, make your hair vibrant and your nails stronger. Why? It contains a rich amount of  Vitamin E, Fatty Acids, Squalene, Polyphenols, Carotenoids, Prostaglandins, Ferulic Acid, and Sterols making it a natural acne remedy at the same time.

I don’t really have acne but I would love to have an amazing skin and of course, healthier nails. Besides, where can you find a cosmetic that you can EAT? Yup, you read it right. Morocco’s Berber Tribe dips their bread in Argan Oil.

Oh, this is still food related, after all……
