Have you Tried Nestle Acti-V Yogurt?

I think I’ve had too much SILOGs from our frequent out of town trips in April and May.

For more than two months now, my usual breakfast consists of one kind of fruit or a bowl fresh fruit salad and yogurt. My favorite yogurt is actually the Nestle Fruit Selection Yogurt specifically the Mango flavor. I’ve seen these Nestle Acti-V yogurt beside those  Nestle Fruit Selection Yogurts at the supermarkets before but I’ve never really given it much attention. I never asked what is its difference from the other yogurts.

Well, Nestle Acti-V is the only yogurt that contains fiber called Actifibras which is not only good for digestion but also helps in preventing constipation. It also contains real strawberry bits and is deliciously creamy!

If not for the Nestle Acti-V Go Lounge Event,I wouldn’t have tried it for myself. The Nestle Acti-V Go Lounge Event is an event that not only introduced me to Nestle Acti-V but treated us mommies to a day of relaxing and pampering.

Let me tell you what happened during the event….

SPA TREATMENT

Let the pampering begin!

Romulo Café’s function room was turned into a spa-for-a-day. I was asked  to sign up for my choice of treatment and I chose the Hand Massage among all the treatments. I figured my hands need some pampering this time, now that I am away from all those typing and cooking..hee.

I was also asked to chose from the lotion they were going to use on the hand massage and I chose Peppermint. I think the other one’s lavender. I chose Peppermint because I think it’s more relaxing. I like the minty smell and the tingly, cool feeling.

 Th is is the function-room-turned-“Spa” which smells heavenly, by the way.

We were also treated to short films inside their make-shift cinema complete with truffle popcorn and strawberry- banana smoothie.

Then I was asked to choose a design and a name for a personalized pillow. Silly me, I thought they were asking for my name and so I wrote down my full name..- there goes my pillow. I was also given a canvas chiller which I designed using some of the colored pens they provided.

After all those pamperings, it was time for an afternoon snack. Afternoon snack was composed of delicious Romulo Café favorites like the Pomelo Salad, Smoked Bangus Paté with Pandesal Chips, Sisig Wrap which I loved sooooo much!, Cheese and Vigan Longganisa Triangles, Pinoy Nachos, and Penne Carbonara with Vigan Longganisa.

It was during that time that Ms. Cherie Gil was introduced as the new face of Nestle Acti-V. For all of you who doesn’t know Ms. Cherie Gil, she’s an actress who’s really famous in portraying her contravida role with depth, elegance and ferocity. She’s one of the iconic villainess in Philippine cinema.

Personally, she’s really warm and friendly. She even shared her secret to staying beautiful and fit. Of course, she swears by Nestle Acti-V which is an easy and delicious way to add fiber in our diets.

I hope they make it in more flavors!
