Watermelon Lemonade … Or WaterLemon?

Watermelon Lemonade

Watermelon Lemonade

Whew!

Is it me or are the days getting hotter in this part of the world?

Not only do I prefer eating food that requires no cooking, I also get thirsty every five minutes.

I thought  it’s just right to make my favorite drink of all time — Lemonade!! I also thought we should take advantage of Watermelons which are cheaper this time of the year to our good old Lemonade a twist.

This Watermelon Lemonade is good company while I do a marathon of my favorite crime/drama series. I’m done with NCIS L.A. and Hawaii Five-O. Yaaayy!! Finally!

Tonight, I shall move on to the latest season of Arrow…

Watermelon Lemonade

I initially thought this Watermelon Lemonade is a bad idea and that it’s gonna be weird. It’s surprisingly not and it turned out to be quite refreshing. I think I’m gonna be adding some mint leaves next time.

My niece Cyvrine told me I should call it WaterLemon.  I should, shouldn’t I?

  1. This drink looks so gorgeous and interesting and summery that even if it didn’t taste good, it would be wonderful to see it sitting on a table. However, I would think that the two would compliment each other. You tested it, so the theory holds. Again I love the look of it.
