Our Latest Family Favorite: Strawberry Pancakes!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Whisk the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine wet and dry: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Don’t overmix!
  4. Fold in the strawberries: Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, being careful not to mash them.
