Tofu Quiche

As promised, I’ll be posting the recipes shared by Dra. Varona at The Healing Diet lecture today. Dra. Varona told us that in order for a “reversal” of disease to happen, a person should avoid fat/meat products all together and eat a plant-based food diet.

This recipe is one of those baby steps that a person should take to do a lifestyle change. It’s like one of those medical step stool that helps the patients in the hospital to go up or down their bed.

Scrambled Tofu

This is the Scrambled Tofu with broccoli..looks like the real thing, right? It looks like scrambled eggs and it also taste a little like it. This is a good substitute for eggs during breakfast and this was used for the quiche filling.

TOFU QUICHE

1/ 4 tablespoon turmeric
