Bell Pepper and Cheese Omelette



What I had for breakfast yesterday morning…

2 eggs
2 slices of cheese,cubed
bell pepper, cut into squares

Beat 2 eggs,add salt and pepper.Mix the cheese cubes with the eggs.Heat a skillet.Put 2 tbsp of oil and sauté bell pepper for a couple of seconds then put the egg and cheese mixture and fry until cooked.
