Summer is officially here and it’s burnin’ like furnace everywhere. So to cool things up, I made some Buco(young coconut) -Lychee Sherbet. It’s soo easy to do. Even those too-lazy-to-get-up from the Summer heat can do it.Print
Coconut Lychee Sherbet
- 1 can of Lychee in Syrup
- 1 piece of Young coconut, meat shredded
- Sugar (optional)
- Mix the Lychee and the Young Coconut together. You can opt add sugar or not.Place in a container and freeze. Stir from time to time (approximately every 2 hrs) to achieve desired texture.very refreshing and calorie-friendly too! Everybody loved it. I’ll have to make more of this next time.
