This traditional Filipino salad of salted red egg and tomato is usually paired with tuyo {dried& salted fish}, tinapa, tocino or grilled fish and grilled pork belly. But it can also be eaten as it is…. as a viand paired with a plate of steaming hot rice.
I could eat this everyday, if only my kidneys wouldn’t scold me because I’m eating too much salt.

Ingredients
- 2 salted eggs,chopped
- 2 tomatoes,diced
- 1 tsp fish sauce
Directions
- Just combine everything in a bowl and mix well
