I woke up at around 4am today…
It’s starting to get a bit chilly out there, did you notice? It’s almost Christmas.
The chilly weather just inspired me to get all those warm spices from the cupboard and dump them in my morning oats…
The timing was perfect — I just have to make Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal.
Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal gets me the flavors of Fall in my bowl in just a short period of time. This is one of those ideal Fall breakfast that is easy to make, takes five minutes, and puts a smile in your face in the wee hours of the morning.
Now if I can be just be covered in fallen leaves, I’ll be happier…
This is gonna be a busy thursday but this breakfast is all I needed to put me to into the best mood possible.
Good Morning!

This would be like eating a candied pumpkin casserole. Love everything about it, especially the condensed milk. Might just have to make this tomorrow night! Thanks Peaches!
Beautiful bowl of oatmeal. Love a great warm oatmeal with condensed milk.
