Tropical Cobb Salad with Garlic Dressing

I think it’s no secret to you that our family loves to eat. We love salads as much as we love bacon. We love fruits as much as we love chips and dip. We love pinakbet as much as we love chicharon. I think there’s nothing this family doesn’t eat. Of course, as much as possible I strive to serve healthy food on the table for them to get good nutrition.

However, I can only do so much. To be able to  have a really balanced diet and get all the nutrients we need in a day, we need  to eat a wide variety of food to get the right amount of nutrients needed for good health—ranging from green, leafy vegetables to milk, cereals, fruits, fats, proteins, beans, and so on.  Let’s admit it, we cannot eat healthy food all the time. Like us, for example, we’d eat Pinakbet for lunch but we’d eat Lechon Kawali for dinner. A combination of healthy and unhealthy food which does not contain all the vitamins and minerals our body needs.

This is where Centrum comes in. When I hear the word Centrum, I get reminded of the old Centrum commercial where a deep voice says “Centrum, complete from A to Zinc“. It also makes me realize that not all multivitamins can give you what you need. Centrum can help you complete your nutrition because it is complete with all the essential vitamins and minerals based on the Recommended Energy and Nutrient Intake. It doesn’t just help fill in your daily nutritional requirements, it also gives you multiple health benefits as well such as giving you more energy, boosting your immunity, and keeping your skin healthy.

For only  ₱10 daily, you’ll get:

  • Vitamins B1, B2, B12, Niacin, Biotin, and Pantothenic Acid for energy to help keep you going and going and going throughout the day
  • Vitamins C, A, and E, Betacarotene, Selenium, and Zinc to help build the immune system so you wouldn’t have to make sickness an excuse
  • and Vitamins A, B2, C, D, E, and Betacarotene that promote healthy skin to help protect you from the harsh outdoors.

I believe the saying that Health is Wealth. It is a treasure in itself because if you’re not healthy, then you won’t be able to do much  and accomplish nothing. Let’s all take good care of ourselves and make sure we get complete nutrition.
