3 Day Diet

BREAKFAST:

Black coffee or Tea with artificial sweetener or water
1 egg (any style)
1 slice toast
1 banana

3 Day Diet

LUNCH:

Black coffee or Tea with artificial sweetener or water
1 cup cottage cheese or tuna
5 saltine crackers

* toast can be substituted for saltine crackers

3 Day Diet

DINNER:

Black coffee or Tea with artificial sweetener or water
2 beef franks or hotdogs
1/2 cup carrots
1 cup brocolli or cabbage
1 banana
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

I wasn’t able to buy cottage cheese….

  1. my hubby and I tried this 3 day diet and I am sure that it really works. I noticed though that there are different items here like the ice cream. In our diet, it says yogurt and i think this is more effective than ice cream. idk. maybe you try yogurt instead. 🙂
