Getting Back on Track

When we go on vacation, the tendency is for our diet to go on a vacation too. Like, when I took this recent vacation for instance. I ate a lot of sinful food~ fried rice, fatty pork tocino, chips, cookies, chocolates and lots of soda. I ate all the sweet and and salty food my body can take.

And now that I’m back home, I will go back to my diet. I need one week of detoxification. To help me get back on track I’m planning on eating only healthy food like fruits, vegetables and whole grain food. I’m also considering colon cleanse, studies showed that a good colon has many long term health benefits.

Good Luck to me. I had only ripe mango for breakfast today.
