Breakfast at Club Punta Fuego

Breakfast at Club Punta Fuego
Bread Station

For me, hotel breakfasts and resort breakfast buffets speaks a lot about the hotel or resort where we are staying. Generally, they contain the same breakfast items: cheese, cereals, rice, pinoy breakfast viands like tapa, tocino, and longganisa, omelette or an egg station if you’re lucky. Yet the manner in which they are presented gives them a certain character. I know, it’s just breakfast but that’s how I feel about it..heehee.

And because of that reason, I always blog about these resort breakfasts which you can check out in one corner of this blog called : Hotel Breakfast (what else? heehee).

It was three years ago when I last had breakfast here at Club Punta Fuego. The place was quite different than the last time and it was called San Diego Restaurant back then. So much has changed since then but the buffet breakfast they offer remained as interesting as before. The Bread Station boasted of different kinds of breads like pandesal, wheat bread, donuts, spanish bread, ensaymada, and different kinds of danishes plus butter and different kinds of jams and spread to pair up with your bread.

The main buffet table consisted of Arrozcaldo with its different condiments of onion, garlic, fried pork, hardboiled egg, calamansi, and shredded chicken…

Vegetable Omelette

That’s where you’ll also find the garlic rice, chicken tocino, beef tapa, and Vegetable Omelette…

The drinks available are Brewed Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Pineapple Juice, Orange Juice, Water, and Iced Coffee.

There’s a separate table for the cereals, fresh milk, salads, cheese plate, cold cuts, and fresh fruits…..
