Eggs are very popular at breakfast and this recipe is meant to liven up your eggs.I got the idea from Kalyn’s Kitchen but I used the ingredients available in my fridge. You can opt to add milk to your eggs or not.
2 eggs, beaten
½ bell pepper, chopped
1 pc of ham, chopped
8 cubes of feta cheese
½ tsp canola oil
½ tsp butter
- Heat butter and oil in a small non-stick pan.
- Add bell pepper and ham.
- Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Pour beaten eggs and crumble all feta cheese on top.
- Cover and let it cook for around 5 minutes or until the top is done.
This makes for a great SBD breakfast.
