Ingredients

Scale
  • 2tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 4 pcs Tomato
  • 1 stalk Scallion
  • 1/2 cup shredded tinapa
  • 1 sachet MAGGIĀ® Magic SarapĀ®
  • 6 pcs Egg

Instructions

  1. SautĆ© garlic, onion, tomato and scallion and tinapa in oil. Season with Ā½ sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAPĀ®.
  2. Beat eggs and season with remaining Ā½ sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAPĀ®. Pour into the pan, stir and cook until barely set..
  3. Cover with a plate, flip and slide back in the pan to cook the other side of the torta. Cook for 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve..
