- 2tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 pc Onion
- 4 pcs Tomato
- 1 stalk Scallion
- 1/2 cup shredded tinapa
- 1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
- 6 pcs Egg
- Sauté garlic, onion, tomato and scallion and tinapa in oil. Season with ½ sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®.
- Beat eggs and season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Pour into the pan, stir and cook until barely set..
- Cover with a plate, flip and slide back in the pan to cook the other side of the torta. Cook for 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve..
