Instant Pot Paksiw na Pata

Instant Pot Paksiw na Pata

This Instant Pot and I are getting closer huh? We’re like BFF na… I’ve been using it more often lately specially in cooking dishes that may take too much time and effort to cook like this Paksiw na Pata. Cooking it in the Instant Pot makes it easier because all I needed to do is to put all the ingredients together, mix it, and leave it. After a few minutes… luto na.

Paksiw na Pata (or Braised Pork Hock) is a Filipino favorite. It’s pork hock stewed in soy sauce and vinegar. This time around I added pineapple juice to have that tart but sweet flavor in a fruity way.  Instant hit naman with the family.

Kayo, how do you cook Paksiw na Pata?
