Air Fried Liempo BBQ

Inihaw na Liempo (pork belly) BBQ is a favorite here at home and it’s typically cooked on weekends when the whole family is complete. We love the whole process of marinating the meat. Then preparing and cleaning the grill, getting the charcoal ready, and waiting while our barbecue is grilling.

But today, we are making life easier by cooking this “grilled pork belly” using the Philips HD9100 Air Fryer.

What I Love About the Philips HD9100 Air Fryer

  • Easy to clean, so you can focus on enjoying your meals, not cleaning up.

AIR FRIED LIEMPO BBQ RECIPE VIDEO

This is so easy to make. I just marinated the pork belly in soy sauce, calamansi, ketchup, minced garlic, and a bit of sugar. You can marinate it for a minimum of 30 minutes but it’s best if you do it overnight. It becomes more flavorful that way.

Then I air fried it at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes and it’s done. Ang dali lang diba? Dipping sauce is a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, chopped onions, and a teaspoon of sugar.
