Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries For #USPotatoesForACause

Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries ~ quick, healthy, and loaded with flavor. It’s healthier way to snack on fries.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries For #USPotatoesForACause

One of the many reasons why I was so happy when SM Sangandaan finally opened last month was because SM Supermarket is now a mere 10 minute walk away from home. SM Supermarket is one of the many groceries that carry our favorite US Frozen Potatoes. It means we can now go to the grocery anytime we have a craving and it won’t be time consuming nor tiring.

We are big potato eaters! Just check out this Bacon Cheddar Potato Wedges. We love french fries, hashbrowns, and potato wedges. US Frozen Potatoes makes it easier for me to cook because it’s already pre-prepared, pre-cut, pre-cooked, and it comes in all shapes and sizes. I don’t have to peel, wash, and cut anymore plus I can choose to buy it in bulk or retail.

Right now, I’m crazy about these french fries with a bit of skin on. I bought half a kilo and turned it into these wonderful Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries.

Yup, you read it right. We are trying to eat healthier these days so I baked it instead of frying. Flavored it with natural ingredients too — garlic, a bit of salt, parmesan cheese, and parsley. I think it’s the ideal snack because potatoes are an excellent source of potassium, Vitamin C, and fiber.

We are big potato eaters too! However, at home we tend to make more mashed potatoes than fries. I like the idea of the sriracha mayo though. I can make it now since we have both ingredients here at home. 🙂

Ngayong bagong taon, isa sa mga #LIFEGOALS ko is t Ngayong bagong taon, isa sa mga #LIFEGOALS ko is to do more cooking and baking with Twinkle and Ykaie. I want to create more bonding moments as we try to be more adventurous with different kinds of food. Over the weekend, we made this Banana Cupcake with Peanut Butter Frosting which is perfect for snacks during the week, kapag school day na.

Sarap! Banana and peanut butter is really the perfect combination and it's made creamy with Nestle All Purpose Cream. We got the Creamspiration from www.creatwithcream.ph. Nakaka-excite! Kasi marami pa kaming recipes na gustong i-try sa mga susunod na araw.

Kayo, anong mga recipes ang gusto nyong i-try lutuin this year?
