The Kabute farm sent over some of their Oyster Mushroom Sisig the other day and instead of just heating it up at kainin sya over rice, I thought of making this CHEESY MUSHROOM SISIG TOAST. Wala lang, para maiba naman..hihihi. I just topped the mushroom sisig over bread and nilagyan ko ng grated cheese on top. Toasted it in the oven until the cheese melts…Yummm!

- 4-6 tbsp oyster mushroom sisig
- 2 slices of your favorite bread
- 2-4 tbsp grated cheese
- Put the mushroom sisig on top of your favorite bread.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Toast in the oven until cheese melts
